Hope you’ll indulge me. I hate FaceBook and NextDoor BUT my neighbors across the street sold their house and were moving out and their 2 year old standard Poodle Patrick escaped in the mayhem. Patrick is still missing as of this writing. The owners are leaving the area and have three other SPOOS + cats and birds. Husband was driving a truck. Wife stayed behind with 2 dogs. She’s a wreck.
So I posted all over Social Media (not my forte) and in my immediate community of some very entitled golf and tennis people, the outpouring is astounding. You’d think it was a scavenger hunt. Cars pulled over at random and people jumping out. Golfers searching. Maintenance guys. Everyone in every neighborhood. I’ve met more wonderful people and new neighbors in the past two days it’s amazing. I’ve logged MILES of steps.
